Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within a facility located in Salisbury, NC. The Maintenance Supervisor is a central point of contact for planning the purchase, installation, and testing of all new equipment. Additionally responsible for maintaining the grounds, ensuring facility cleanliness, and adhering to safety regulations. Performs basic welding , parts fabrication, and PLC work. Manages a team of electro-mechanical maintenance technicians. 

Minimum Experience:  3 years

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems, HVAC operations, and mechanical repairs.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Analyze schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge & experience in electro-mechanical machine operations and repairs.
• Responsible for planning, supervising, and performing the installation, troubleshooting, repair & maintenance of production and facility equipment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving
