Specialized Recruiting Group of Walla Walla is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crop Insurance Assistant to join a local team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively analyzing clients' needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate, and a passion for helping clients secure their financial futures. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

This position is 35 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive visiting customers and incoming calls and provide customers with the necessary assistance.
• Maintain strong clientele relationship with customers, provide information on our products and services.
• Process renewals and endorsements pertaining to insurance and verify that all information is accurate.
• Quote new and renewal business.
• Intake claim information and submit to company or forward to agent or company whichever is prudent.
• Issue certificates of insurance to mortgage holders and loss payees as requested.
• Maintain a friendly and service-driven work environment.
• Invoice agency bill premiums.

Experience:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent Math and Organizational skills
• Working experience with MS Office programs. Insurance software, a plus
• Bilingual skills desired but not required
