• Familiar with staining
• Strong knowledge to match stains
• Mixing, prepping, and applying post-catalyzed, solvent-based primer.
• Applying conversion varnish, clear, and paint.
• Apply paint and stain coatings per process to achieve a quality finish.
• Maintain paint equipment including all sprayers, tips, and lines.
• Prioritize work processes to ensure timely completion.
• Work as a team to accomplish production goals.
