Are you looking for your next great opportunity? A well established, furniture company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their team in the Bessemer, AL area.

Schedule & Pay:

  • FULL TIME;  Tuesday- Saturday -  8:00am-5:00pm
  • $15.00/hr  

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  •  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
    through open and interactive communication
  •  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
    methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
    quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
    alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  •  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
    and file documents
  •  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
     Take the extra mile to engage customers

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a relatable customer service role
  • Ability to communicate professionally & accurately with customers & internal staff
  • Good communication skills via phone & in person
  • Dependable & takes pride in being on time
  • Ability to accurately collect invoicing/billing information
  • Professional in appearance, attitude, & demeanor
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Drug-free workplace; background check
