Shop Manager!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Manager. The shop manager will manage the shop's safe daily operations, coordinate supplies, and oversee shop personnel. In addition, this role will collaborate with management on strategic direction and provide support to field installation and service personnel when needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Duties:

•  Manage day-to-day operations of the shop and the facility
  

• Train, develop, evaluate, and supervise staff members

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues

• Oversee inventory management and restocking

• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing train

• Manage timecards and employee scheduling

• Perform administrative tasks as needed
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shop or operations management, preferably in a construction, manufacturing, or related industry
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Knowledge of supply chain coordination and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and upper management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
