Customer Service Representative

Part Time

 Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

 $14-$15 DOE

·          Assist in over-the-counter sales

·          Receives orders by telephone or fax and prepares all necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set up

·          Review and process all paperwork related to billing and collection

·          Obtain and verify insurance coverage for all documentation to be included as part of the customer file

·          Review, prepare and maintain all documentation to be included as part of the customer file

·          Receive and distribute all incoming mail

·          Clarify orders received

·          Collect payments from customers

·          Conduct a weekly inventory of retail sales items and arrange for the reorder of depleted stock

·          Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

·          Be capable of sound and mature judgement

·          Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with customers

·          Proficient in Microsoft Office
