Compensation Details:

  • Starting pay: $25.00 per hour.
  • After 90 days and successful completion of the training program, team members will receive a $1.00 increase to $26.00 per hour, with the potential to earn at least $60,650 in the first year.
  • After 12 months and completion of the 12-month training program, team members will receive a $2.00 increase, raising the rate to $28.00 per hour, with potential earnings of $66,250 in the second year.
  • Eligible team members with one year of service and a completed training list can advance to lead roles, earning an additional $2.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • Annual schedule provided in advance—know your workdays for the entire year!
  • 12-hour shifts with 2 hours of guaranteed overtime each shift.
  • Enjoy 3-4 days off per week.
  • 10% premium pay for night shifts.
  • Rotating night shifts on a quarterly basis.
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • Accrue 3 weeks of PTO in your first year.

Role Overview
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and attention to detail who can operate our advanced equipment using computerized control systems and follow standard operating procedures. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to set the standard for safety in the industry. The Chemical Operations team continuously develops new products that impact the global agricultural food supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate process equipment using computerized control systems.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a self-directed team under the guidance of a dedicated supervisory leader.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment and process activities, documenting conditions accurately to uphold industry standards.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks.
  • A strong commitment to safety practices.
  • Basic understanding of mathematical principles for accurate measurement, metering, and counting of materials.
  • Ability to accurately record measurements on production documents.
