Job Description:

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and project timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
2. Project Coordination:
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating flooring projects from start to finish.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate project status updates to customers
