Business Developer

Located in Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $22.00/hr +commission

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the key connection between local businesses, outlining our service offerings, and placement of our distinguished candidates. This role involves both prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships within an existing book of business, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
• Present Express product offerings as solutions to enhance employment, leadership, and HR capabilities.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Manage an existing book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Express solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous outside sales experience.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Competitive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
