Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our food processing team. The ideal candidate will assist in packaging finished products, maintain a clean work environment, and contribute to efficient production flow.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Package finished food products

2. Label products accurately

3. Weigh products to ensure proper portioning

4. Assemble cases for shipment

5. Palletize packaged goods

6. Prepare products for shipment

7. Maintain a clean, organized work area

8. Perform duties with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

9. Adapt to various order flows and multitask effectively

10. Work collaboratively within a team environment

 

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or food handling

- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs intermittently

- Capable of standing for long periods

- Reliable, consistent, and goal-driven

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills

- Adaptable to changing priorities and workloads

 

Physical Demands:

- Frequent lifting (25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs intermittently)

- Extended periods of standing

- Repetitive motions associated with packaging tasks

 

Work Environment:

- Food packaging production line

- Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere

 

Compensation: 

 

$18 - $20
