Front Office Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

Full time, M-F, Pay:$18/hr+ DOE +$100 monthly Bonus

 

Job Summary: The Front Office Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks. This role also includes data entry responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into our systems. Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information in databases.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documents.
  • Provide general administrative support 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls.
