Position Summary:
As a Short-Term Laborer, you will be contacted for various temporary assignments, ranging from general labor to more specialized tasks depending on the project. Your ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and adapt to different work environments will make you a key part of completing projects successfully.

 

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as moving materials, site cleanup, and assisting with basic construction or project-related tasks
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist skilled workers with tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members with various project tasks as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in general labor or related fields is preferred but not required
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in different environments
• Flexibility to work on short notice for temporary assignments

Skills Required:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on various physical tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

Physical Requirements:
