Journeyman Electrician - Industrial

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $33/hr

Do you possess your Journeyman Electrician License? Do you have previous experience doing electrical work in an industrial setting?

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company in their search for an Journeyman Electrician. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience doing electrical work in an industrial or manufacturing setting and must possess their Journeyman Electrician License. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity with pay up to $33/hr.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and control systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions
• Installation of electrical systems
• Inspection and testing of electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• Must possess a Journeyman Electrician License
• Must have previous electrical experience involving troubleshooting and repair duties in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Must have experience working with PLCs and other controls
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics

Schedule/Pay:

• 1st shift
• Pay up to $33/hr
