OVERVIEW: Local food processing company is looking for a skilled, high caliber Customer Service Manager to join their team. 

 

DUTIES:

• Receive and process customer orders received via fax, phone, e-mail, etc
• Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, shortages, and price changes
• Update ERP system with all price updates received from sales via email
• Responsible for training and/or delegating all training for new Customer Service Reps

 

PAY: $24.00/HR

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Skills; MS Office Suite 
• Customer service management 
•  Data entry
