OVERVIEW:

As an Outside Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company in local department stores, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our heating and cooling products, and effectively capturing leads. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, inform consumers about our solutions, and schedule appointments for our expert technicians to provide estimates tailored to their needs.

 

 

DUTIES:

• Lead generation
• Educating and demonstrating product knowledge
• Appointment setting
• Maintaining records

 

PAY: $25/HR plus commission after being hired on!

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

•  Proven experience in sales, preferably in a face-to-face role
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated
