Inspection Agent

Position: Inspection Agent Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Monday-Friday 

 

Job Description:

• Conduct thorough inspections of parts against provided packing lists
• Carefully check and verify each item for accuracy
• Take clear, detailed photos of parts for documentation purposes
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the inspection process
• Ensure all discrepancies or issues are properly recorded and reported

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused on tedious tasks
• Willingness to work in a loud warehouse environment
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills for digital photo documentation
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

Notes:

• This is a detail-oriented role that requires a high level of concentration and precision
• The warehouse setting can be noisy, so the ideal candidate should be able to maintain focus in such an environment
• Stamina and the ability to remain on one''s feet for the majority of the shift are essential
• Accuracy and thoroughness are crucial to successfully perform inspection duties
