Position: Full-Time Delivery/Maintenance Associate

 

Pay: $22 to $25 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible for earlier shifts)

 

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Delivery/Maintenance Associate. This role involves assembling and delivering fitness equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with installations for both residential and commercial customers. If you have a clean driving record, are capable of regular heavy lifting, and have a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply. There is room for growth within the company, including the potential to advance to a Junior Technician role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble fitness equipment for the sales floor and deliveries.
• Perform or assist with independent installations of fitness equipment for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on various fitness equipment, either independently or alongside a technician.
• Complete service work orders and handle mobile payment processing.
• Regular heavy lifting and moving of fitness equipment.
• Basic cleaning tasks within the store and service area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Basic tool and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
