Facilities Exterior - Direct Hire

Located in Bellevue, WA

Salary: $20.50+Shift Diff.

The primary function of the facilities exterior personnel is to keep facilities clean, safe and in an orderly
condition while responding to direction from supervisor, management and executive staff. A facilities exterior
personnel can expect to perform heavy cleaning duties including, but not limited to, hard and carpeted floors,
walls, glass, removing rubbish, operating equipment of all sizes and event set up. 

Additional Duties are but limited to:
• Empty trash and recycle receptacles safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate heavy equipment related to hard floor care and exterior sweeping/scrubbing.
• Keep facilities in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Move fixtures to and from properties.
• Work on and clean stairs and ramps.
• Work in both open and underground garage facilities.
• Carry backpack style equipment for more than 3 hours at a time.
• Know where supply closets are located, and the content stored there.
• Tolerate strong odors and chemical smells
• Able to work with heights, including working and balancing on ladders as needed.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform repeated bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Perform tasks that require repeated motions like sweeping, cleaning windows, mopping, wiping,
vacuuming, etc
• Must be able to work around large crowds and increase tempo to accommodate the increased customer
demand during holidays and special events.
• The ability lift and carry 35 pounds and up.
• In positions necessitating the operation of a vehicle, a valid WA state driver’s license is required.

Multiple Shifts available: 
Schedule
Day Shift (6am- 2:45pm)
Swing Shift (2:30pm- 11:15pm)
Overnight (10:00pm- 6:30am)

Payrates:
Day/Swing shift $21.50
Overnight shift $22.50
