 Our client in Lake in the hills that manufactures PTFE(Non stick Coating) and silicone-coated fabrics is seeking a motivated candidate to join their Team as a Machine Operator, to load rolls into machinery to be processed and cut to desired lengths. If you have previous warehouse or Machine Operating experience and a Team player with strong attention to detail this position is for you

Responsibilities

• Mount roll of material on machine shaft, re-roll and inspect material and measure to required length
• Move machine levers to stop, start and regulate speed aligning material with rotary blade
• Thread material over tension bar, between feed rollers and under rotary blades
• Transport load to next process station
• Clean and maintain work area, machine and tools
• Read and follow precise work orders  

Qualifications

• Previous  Machine Operator
• Mathematical and Measurement Skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow process accordingly
