Duties: 

  • Acts as the point of contact for essential tasks when the Sales Executive is unavailable.
  • Provides comprehensive support to customers and prospects, handling inquiries, requests for quotes (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs) promptly and efficiently.
  • Places orders, including quotes and samples, on behalf of the Sales Executive.
  • Manages small accounts and/or markets to optimize sales and profits.
  • Conducts outbound lead follow-up calls to qualify sales leads and drive product and service sales.
  • Tracks, prioritizes, and coordinates requests for quotes to ensure timely responses.
  • Mails/faxes catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials as directed.
  • May participate in trade shows to represent the company and its products/services.
  • Undertakes special projects or duties as assigned or required to support sales operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or other business events.
