Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing factory service to customers, tracking customer related issues, and communicating all service issues to management in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Duties:

• Perform calibration, maintenance, and repairs on air quality monitoring instruments.

• Use precision tools for troubleshooting in lab and field settings.

• Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation for compliance.

• Collaborate to improve calibration processes and provide client training.

• Manage calibration inventory and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Communicate service issues and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; heavier items as a two-person lift.

• Requires frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity.

This role emphasizes technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication for customer satisfaction.

 

Expected Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Hours:  Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm
