Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Position Summary:
As a General Laborer, you will assist with various physical tasks to support the project’s completion. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions will ensure the job is completed on time and safely.

 

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as moving materials and cleaning up the worksite
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Support the project team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous general labor experience is a plus but not required
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Skills Required:

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation
