A busy lumber yard in north Denver, CO, is seeking Lumber Yard Packagers to join our team for an Evaluation-to-Hire opportunity. We need individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to support our team in achieving production goals.

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Packager, you will:

• Package Orders: Accurately and efficiently prepare all pulled orders for shipment.
• Utilize Tools: Use a bander, heat gun, and chop saw to secure and prepare shipments.
• Order Pulling: Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations for packaging.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all packaged orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workspace clean and organized, following safety standards.
• Yard Cleanup: Assist with maintaining a tidy yard by disposing of debris and keeping the area orderly.
• Collaborate: Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
• Report Issues: Promptly report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Tool Skills: Familiarity with a bander, heat gun, and/or chop saw is a plus!
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail: Focused on accuracy and quality in packaging and order pulling.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Safety Focused: Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $19.00/HR.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00AM - 7:30PM (Overtime Required).
