Landscape Construction Crew Member:

 

We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our landscape construction crew. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of various landscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, and plant materials. Also need to have some construction background.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Read and interpret landscape/construction design plans and instructions
Utilize proper techniques to prepare and grade landscaping/ construction sites
Construct patios, walkways, steps, walls, and other hardscape features using pavers, stones, blocks, and masonry materials
Assist with installation of landscape water features (ponds, fountains, etc.)
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other materials according to designs
Spread topsoil, mulch, seed or sod to establish lawns and planting beds
Operate power tools/equipment like skid steers, augers, and compactors
Load/unload materials and supplies, clean up job sites

Requirements:

 

1+ years of landscape construction experience preferred
Ability to read and follow landscape plans
Experience using power tools and small equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable performing strenuous physical labor outdoors
Valid driver''s license
