Join a thriving foodservice distribution company as a Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Associate! We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in retail or service desk roles to bring their expertise to a dynamic team.

Schedule: 

Chicago Location: 6am to 2pm
Franklin Park Location: 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interactions: Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email, using your retail experience to address inquiries and provide product information.
• Order Management: Accurately input and process orders, following up to resolve any issues—similar to managing transactions and customer needs in a retail setting.
• Support and Assistance: Assist with various tasks and client needs, supporting our team to achieve operational excellence.
• Resource Utilization: Leverage company resources to meet customer needs and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to travel to Chicago and Franklin Park locations.
