Express Employment Professionals of Sikeston, MO is currently hiring for a Soybean Rouger/Combine Crew Cleaner at a local seed operation. As a roguer, you will be inspecting and removing undesirable plants including weeds and off-types from soybean seed production fields. This is accomplished by pulling the off-type plants. Training will be provided to individuals to familiarize them with this task.

Combine cleaning will be performed throughout the harvest season. The cleaners will help full time staff clean the combine between field changes.

If a combine is not running, then the crew will be roguing. If neither activity is able to perform, then the workers will help in the plant for the day. This crew will need to be flexible with their work arrangements due to the nature of harvest/roguing season.

You will be working in small groups with a crew leader who will pick you up in the morning, at the plant location.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working outdoors
• Must be willing to work as a team member
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Safety is a priority
• Must provide own safety boots that cover the ankle

Depending on the amount of roguing/combine cleaning needed, the length of employment varies anywhere from four-eight weeks. Once all roguing/harvesting has been completed all contractors will be considered to move to the location's production plant.

Work hours are Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. until activity for the day has been completed. This crew will need to be flexible with their hours and days worked.
