Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Training: Assist in training new team members as needed.
