Provider Relations Representative

Salary: $22-25/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a provider relations representative for a health insurance company.  Job duties include:

• Serving as the liaison and maintaining open communication between the company and the providers of healthcare services regarding company policies and payment procedures
• Training and educating providers on company’s fee-for-service and value-based contracts, as well as the requirements and procedures associated with the contracts
• Managing and granting security access to provider portal

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years of provider service or health industry experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Understanding of security protocols
• Proficient with Excel
• Able to work in a team environment

Other Details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Position is onsite
• Pay rate is $22-25/hr. DOE
