We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, addressing inquiries and issues promptly, and utilizing SAP software to assist clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support: Provide timely and professional support to current clients via phone, or email.
2. Billing: Handle a return, credit customers, bill and invoice accurately.
3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues or complaints.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as IT, Accounting, Dispatch, Brokers, Sales, and Product Development to escalate and resolve complex client issues.

This job requires 2+ years of customer service, or experience in a forward-facing role. This person must have good problem-solving ability and the ability to resolve client issues effectively. An ideal candidate will have SAP experience. A background knowledge of accounting/billing is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a pay range of $60k+ and great benefits are offered.
