Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed therapist (licensed-State of Alabama) to join our team and provide counseling and therapy services to individuals and groups. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve mental wellness and personal growth through therapeutic intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide therapeutic interventions
• Monitor and document client progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Stay current with best practices and developments in mental health
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Therapist license in the State of Alabama (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience in behavioral health, counseling, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working with diverse client populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
