Experience Level: 2-5 years preferred

 

Our client is a leading provider of custom apparel solutions, specializing in high-quality embroidery and printing services. They are committed to delivering exceptional products to their clients and are looking for a skilled Industrial Embroiderer to join their team.

 

The Industrial Embroiderer and T-Shirt Printer will be responsible for executing embroidery and printing tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embroidery and T-shirt printing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain industrial embroidery machines. Brand new and top of the line technology!

Prepare and program designs for embroidery and printing.

Perform T-shirt printing using various techniques (e.g., screen printing, direct-to-garment).

Ensure high-quality standards in all embroidery and printing tasks.

Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in industrial embroidery and T-shirt printing.

Proficiency in using embroidery machines and T-shirt printing equipment.

Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW).

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently.

Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
