Manufacturer in Brockton is looking to hire an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be reliable with high energy and a desire to learn.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist the office manager with all other office duties as needed such as filing, organizing, etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings
Skills:
- Professional Demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and use phone systems effectively
- Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
- Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures

Pay is $20-22/hour. Fulltime, Monday-Firday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
