Our client, an independent insurance agency in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The person we placed in this job three years ago is being promoted, and we have the honor of finding their next great employee, which could be you!

 

In this role you will support the owner and insurance agents by providing exceptional customer service to client customers. This job is ideal for someone with previous insurance experience at an agency or in customer service such as Geico or Amica. If you have your insurance license, you will be given top consideration

 

What will you be doing as the Insurance Customer Service Representative?

• Answer phones.
• Greet in-person guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take payments and update client data and policy information.
• Update client files.
• Data entry and e-filing of documents that come in the mail.
• Email and outbound phone calls to update clients and prospect for new business.
• Attending networking events.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration as the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Front Office and/or Customer Service experience.
• A pleasant phone voice.
• Excellent data entry and accuracy.
• Experience making outbound phone calls.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Punctuality.
• Experience attending networking events.
• A good business wardrobe: our client works with high net worth individuals and you will represent the company in meetings.
• If you have insurance experience and an insurance license, you will receive top consideration. 

What will you receive as the Bilingual Front Office Customer Service Representative?

• $24.00 per hour.
• Our client offers full benefits, a 401(k) with 3% match, and pays for continuing education and licensing.
• This is an evaluation, contract to hire job; assuming you like our client and they like you, you will be hired after 4 months.
