Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Financial Services Administrative Associate for a Wealth Financial company located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.
Duties:
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving client issues by liaising with appropriate team members.
- Maintain and organize client records, ensuring compliance with company regulatory standards. Handle the preparation, filing, and tracking of key financial documents.
- Input financial data into the systems accurately. Generate report, spreadsheets, and summaries for internal team members and clients as requested
- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the team.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulation s by supporting the team with documentation.
- Work closely with financial advisors, the operations team, and management to ensure seamless workflow and client service.
- Help promote and organize webinars, client events or community outreach activities, including sending invitations and following up with attendees. Some social media management is required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Friendly and welcoming personality to greet and meet with new clients.
- 1-2 years of administrative or operational support, ideally within a financial services environment.
