Painter Welder/ Sub-Assembly Associate

Our client is growing their team and are looking for associates with multiple skill sets to join their talented team! The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, welding and assembly, must be able to lift 30-40lbs, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
•    Check the Traveler to obtain the part numbers
•    Set up and ensure the equipment has the correct settings & standards
•    Set up timing to correctly assemble/paint the parts
•    Welding parts and materials (MIG, TIG, Laser & Spot Aluminum)
•    Sub-assembly, painting and hanging parts
•    Ensure the assembly procedures are being followed for painting 
•    Maintain a clean and safe work environment
•    Work independently and a team to ensure production needs are met and to standard

Qualities
•    Must have previous experience in painting and assembly
•    Experience in various welding techniques is an asset 
•    Understand drawings, diagrams & blueprints
•    Use of different hand measures, & electrical tools
•    Use of lean, six sigma, kaizen & 5 S Techniques
•    Must be able to lift 30-40lbs
•    Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
•    Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
