Answer phones, Greet each customer entering store, Visit with customers about what they are looking for and showcasing jewelry that fits their needs, Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations.Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow customer base. Take in jewelry repairs as needed filling out forms for repair associate, Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records using computer system, Update clientele on special events and future merchandise of potential interest , Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas.Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
