Experienced Purchasing Agent/Office Assistant Wanted Immediately

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Researching Suppliers
  • Selecting Reliable and cost efficient options
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Process purchasing orders
  • Maintaining transactional records

 

Requirements: 

  • ***Prior purchasing experience required***
  • ***Experience in production management necessary***
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Attention to detail

Job Information: 

  • Full time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 hour days 
  • $22+/hour - Depends on level of experience
