Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire a Highly skilled Problem-Solving HVAC technician for a leading supplier in Chicago’s Southwest Suburbs. This position offers a perfect blend of Customer Service along with the hands-on work. The ideal candidate would enjoy troubleshooting, problem solving and enjoys finding solutions.  The ideal candidate must also be open to working in a collaborative setting with multiple departments.

 

HVAC Technician Specialist Responsibilities:

• Identify faulty parts/components in units by troubleshooting and reporting issues
• Participates in the tear down and inspection of Air Conditioning units
• Participating in the Quality Testing by breaking/dropping units for research purposes
• Reassemble any unit that have been torn down or broken as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team to develop Standard Operating Procedures for over the phone repair assistance
• Provide customer service over the phone to provide step by step assistance with repairs
• Willingness to earn EPA certification and/or Refrigerant License

 

HVAC Technician Specialist Responsibilities:

• 8-10 Years of HVAC Repair, Installation and/or Maintenance
• Experience with Inventory Monitoring
• Experiencing Hardwiring HVAC systems
• Strong electrical experience
• Blueprint Reading Skills
• Project Management Skills
