Location: Bend, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Pay: $23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance tasks that keep everything in tip-top shape
Complete work orders efficiently and ensure residents are happy
Handle the turnover of units, prepping them for new tenants
Tackle appliance repairs, painting, plumbing, and more
Take pride in groundskeeping and making the property look its best
Operate power tools and other equipment to get the job done right
Work independently or with a team, always with a focus on safety
Jump in with a can-do attitude for other duties as assigned

Detail-oriented problem solvers who can follow directions and think on their feet
Team players who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks
A positive attitude and great customer service skills to keep residents and team members happy
Reliable and hard-working individuals who take pride in what they do

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and moving around the property
Ability to stay on your feet and active throughout the day

Experience:

Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles is a plus
Familiarity with landscaping, repairs, or appliance maintenance is a huge advantage

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Tools of the Trade:

Power tools, ladders, carpet shampooers, and more
