Job SummaryAn extrusion operator operates and maintains machines that shape materials into products.
Duties- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production guidelines- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality- Perform quality checks on products to meet specifications- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Experience- Previous experience in extrusion operation is required- Knowledge of CNC machines and materials handling- Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes- Proficiency in using hand tools and calipers for measurements- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations- Forklift operation experience is a plus- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles- Ability to assemble components accurately- Bilingual Spanish to English a plus
Shift: 12 hours
7pm to 7am
2 days on 3 off/rotating
Overtime Available
Pay: $17.50
