We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Project Manager for a growing flooring company. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire sales process for a variety of flooring products, including vinyl, carpet, tile, and wood floors. You’ll work closely with clients on remodels and some construction projects, helping them select the right products, taking on-site measurements, and providing basic hand drawings. You''ll also coordinate with installation teams, schedule project timelines, and maintain constant communication with customers to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include managing payments and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday business hours, offering a family-friendly environment and excellent benefits, including 100% paid single BCBS premiums on a high-deductible plan, PTO, retirement, bonus pay, and a starting salary around $60K/year, depending on experience.
