Salary: 17.00 to 18.50

Disc Prep Production - operate various machines to slice, clean, and polish optical discs.

8am-430pm Training for 2 Months

Long Term Schedule will be 4pm-1230am

$17/HR while training on days

$18.50/HR after moving to evenings

-Operate slicing machine and polisher producing discs and blanks to spec.

-Measure key dimensions using varying measurement instruments to ensure parts are in spec.

-Utilize micrometer to accurately measure discs.

-Weigh discs using scale; sort and group by weight.

-Clean discs by hand or machine polish.

-Complete daily input/output for production inventory control; all checklists and other required paperwork. 

-Read and interpret all machine and process work instructions.

-Perform assigned work in accordance with ISO standards.

-Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
