Customer Service Representative | 7:30AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

 

This is a full-time, long-term position in a business casual, friendly environment with a team atmosphere.

 

Requirements for Customer Service Representative

• Results-driven with a desire to provide the highest levels of customer service
• Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of office principles and practices – administrative experience required
• Previous telephone customer service is a plus

 

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

• Process incoming calls for freight pickup
• Track scheduled freight deliveries
• Work closely with driver managers to make changes
• Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns or changes
• Data entry and call documentation
