What we look for in a Machine Operator:

·       Setup and Operation: Set up and adjust moulder machines for various production runs, ensuring specifications are met.

·       Quality Control: Monitor output for quality and accuracy, performing adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.

·       Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulder machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

·       Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

·       Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production counts, and quality inspections.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues that arise.

·       Training: Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation preferred.

·       Experience: Previous experience as a moulder machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

·       Skills:

o   Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

o   Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

o   Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.

o   Familiarity with measuring tools and gauges.

·       Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

·       Manual dexterity for operating machinery and hand tools.

·       Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Typical manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
