Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Saw Machine Operator to join our growing plastic manufacturing team. As a CNC Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC saw machines to cut plastic materials according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC saw machines to cut plastic materials
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure and verify materials using calipers, tape measures, or other tools
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC saw machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably with plastics
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material dimensions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
