Schedules: 6/7am start and 8/9am start available, 8 hours day, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20-25 per hour based on experience

Evaluation to hire, may consider direct hire for right candidate

What You’ll Do:

• Operate & Innovate: Set up, operate, and maintain state-of-the-art digital printers and transfer machines to ensure flawless production.
• Quality Assurance: Review job packets and verify substrates to meet project specifications.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Conduct daily maintenance on printers and manage material inventory to keep everything in top condition.
• Stay Safe & Organized: Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment while practicing safety protocols, ensuring a healthy space for yourself and your team.
• Collaborate & Improve: Share your insights and suggestions for improvements on safety, efficiency, and quality with management – your ideas matter here!
• Team Effort: Call for assistance when lifting or carrying heavy materials, ensuring safe handling procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of digital graphics software and a strong familiarity with Dye-Sub production techniques. (experience with Caldera or Onyx is also a plus, but not necessary)
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meet physical requirements (such as lifting, standing, and color recognition) with an eye for quality control.
• Passion for Print: Enthusiasm for working with digital printing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle tools or controls.
• Must occasionally lift and move up to 60 lbs., push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Clear vision (including color recognition) and focus adjustment are required.
• The noise level is generally low to moderate, and we ensure a comfortable working environment.
