Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE

Seeking a Bilingual Member Engagement Advisor for a local Home Health Care Company. 

 

Job Duties

• Manage member accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Scheduling and coordinating in home visits and appointments
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
• Advocate for members and navigate them through the healthcare system, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Educate members on our services, programs, and benefits to maximize their utilization and satisfaction

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to empathize with members and effectively respond to their needs and concerns
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for record-keeping and scheduling. 

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of the job, employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, sit for extended periods of time; must be able to read, write, speak, and hear well enough to communicate. Manual Dexterity is required to utilize keyboards, and office equipment. Employee may occasionally be required to lift to 20 lbs. to file documents, and/or store office material.
