Customer Service Representative

 

Essential Duties:

  • Resolve customer issues timely and professionally
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Improve the overall customer experience as the primary contact for accounts identified by the supervisor
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted revenue goals for new business with assigned accounts
  • Cultivate the relationships with existing accounts with the main goal to and grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer’s catalogs and literature
  • Promote and Manage new item introduction
  • Attend on-site meetings with customers to deal with current issues or concerns- when appropriate
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What We''re looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, with a strong understanding on filtering, pivot tables, etc.
  • Ability to take incoming and make outgoing calls
  • Ability to respond to emails
  • Ability to travel and attend trade shows
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Previous experience with customer support software (Zendesk/Freshdesk) as well as ERP software is a big plus
