Title: PCB Sprayer
Location: Billerica, MA

Starting Salary: $23.00 - 24.00/hour
Hours:   8:00 am to 4:30 pm

This is a full time, temp to perm position

 

Requirements for the PCB Sprayer:

 

• Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of conformal coating or potting.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
• Maintain the coating and dispensing spraying guns to ensure proper operating condition.
• Maintain coating materials log to control FEFO (First Expired / First Out).
• Safely and securely transport circuit board racks from one destination to another to eliminate delays in the manufacturing process and production workflow.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor

 

Qualifications of the PCB Sprayer:

 

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in PCBA Conformal Coating environment
• Expert in spraying PCBAs with various conformal coating materials.
• Successfully train with and complete working with other members of coating technician.
