Job Title: Dunnage Handler

Location: Plant City, FL

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating Days)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Dunnage Handler to join our team in Plant City. In this role, you will be responsible for moving various materials for processing and production, staging and wrapping dunnage to prepare it for shipment to the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience and be dedicated to maintaining environmental compliance through proper sorting and recycling of dunnage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport dunnage (packaging materials and supports) to designated areas within the plant.
• Stage, wrap, and prepare dunnage for shipment to the manufacturing plant.
• Sort through dunnage to ensure it is properly processed for recycling and reused effectively.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and recycling protocols.
• Support efficient plant operations by ensuring all materials are handled and processed correctly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recycling and environmental compliance processes.
• Experience in material handling or dunnage management is a plus.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
